It was our great pleasure to help again our return client from India with technical and art production of an exceptional 2-day conference and award ceremony held in Prague. Over 400 delegates from all India regions came to Prague to be awarded as the best dealers of the world biggest agriculture machinery producer based in the USA. Our folklore theme dressed hostesses welcomed arriving guests at the airport with branded roses. Medieval band playing typical local historical tunes in the hotel lobby made a great atmosphere for people waiting for their keys during the registrations. Delegates could take pictures with the performers in front of the branding elements we produced and delivered as well. The conference itself took place with big meeting room, which we completely equipped with the latest AV technique precisely according to the clients’ needs including huge curved LED screen and round LED circle hanging above the stage which made the presentations indeed unforgettable experience. Last but not least we helped with the entertainment program of the conference, when we contracted local performing artists such as unique and breathtaking LED ballet dancers and multiple world champion in football freestyle.
