Our partner agency from Edinburgh ask us to cooperation on their big event for their longtime client which organizes this incentive program annually in different locations all around Europe and this year they choose gorgeous Prague. Maxin Prague as a full DMC provider delivered all the services from hotel selection and contract, through coordinated transportation services, booking of the conference venue, guided group Prague city tours with licensed, professional and experienced guides, VIP tours to UNESCO town Kutná Hora with wine tasting in local baroque convent and last but not least the farewell dinner in one of the most beautiful Prague beer restaurants with typical Czech music entertainment.

Our first cooperation with this Indian agency was for the India´s leading and Asia´s third largest paint company. The specialty on this event was the fact that the big group of approximately 700 people was split into two smaller groups which came one after another and the whole program was repeated twice, therefore we had to built and dismantle everything twice and reuse some tailor made elements. Our experienced team helped with technical production of the welcome dinner and gala evening, we provided all the AV equipment at 4 different locations and decorations including UV sensitive items. Our beautiful hostesses handed over the awards for client´s best dealers and we also delivered outdoor entertainment for the funny day. All this twice within nine days.

We have been working on preparation of this event for 10months and since very beginning we were looking forward to realization as client was very detailed oriented which we appreciated as well as the volume of service was challenging.

Right at the beginning we have welcomed guests in beautiful typical Czech brasserie with themed atmosphere empowered by performances. During following days we have guided guests around Prague as well as to different cities within the Czech republic and Germany. The end was planned in the most prestigious place in Czech republic which is Spanish hall in Prague Castle. In to this hall we have produced special Charming atmosphere with impressive audio and visual equipment however following strict rules of this venue. During the dinner many awards from typical Czech producer – Moser found their winners and with the rest of the audience enjoyed tailor made performances with top dancers and artists from whole Czech republic.

We enjoyed working on this event with all organizers from Hong Kong and we were very pleased with feedback we received at the end.

Renowned Indian production company choose Maxin PRAGUE as their local partner for realization an annual three day incentive program for their exclusive customer, one of the biggest Indian insurance companies. Our agency helped designing the concept of each day – Night of Knights, Evolution and Champions Forever. We delivered all the production services on site from 3D visualization of each venue, AV equipment, video and photo production, entertainment, printing off all banners, flags, production of hard decorations up to the customized awards for all the delegates. The biggest challenge of this event was managing three very demanding technical production in three days in a row and managing three teams, each dedicated to different venue – historical ceremonial hall, modern event hall and ice hockey stadium.
