We organized a farewell dinner for an IT company from the USA on board of the beautiful brand-new ship with a glass panoramic roof which cruised on Vltava river through evening Prague. The guests could enjoy not only absolutely delicious buffet but also one of a kind views on Prague most iconic sights such as the Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, Dancing House or National Theatre. Casino with blackjack, poker and roulette was ready for those who preferred a little bit of harmless “gambling”. Already second cooperation with this Indian client. This time we organized several fun activities on a beautiful meadow under the Alps by German town Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Two groups, two days, 600 guests and endless fun. We helped the client choose the best activities, ensured that they will be delivered, built and operated in the right place and just let the people enjoy their time.

Full-service package started with the welcome at the airport in Prague, followed by group and individual transfers to three different hotels. VIP transfers with luxury cars and private drivers at their disposal were ready for the management and special guests of the company. Several days program in Prague included welcome party in one of the best Prague clubs which we rented for this occasion and where we delivered all the AV equipment, special furniture, external Indian catering and branding elements. We also organized tours and cruises, conference on boat and the highlight of the program was presentation of the tires in a real situation, used on super sports, off roads and regular cars. We rented the best race circuit in the Czech Republic exclusively for our client and the participants could try the tires at different checkpoints on different surfaces.

The returning client of ours, an agency based in Singapore, asked us again to help them with the incentive program for their client – provider of financial services. Maxin Prague took care of everything but flights and accommodation. Our guide picked up the group at the airport and transported the guests to their hotel in the Prague city center. First evening enjoyed the delegates wonderful dinner at one of the finest restaurants in Prague Old Town with the view on the famous Charles Bridge. Second day started with original team building activity which helped the people to discover more about the gorgeous city of Prague in funny and interactive way. After a lunch in a restaurant placed in medieval cellar was a little bit of free leisure time followed by unforgettable dinner in one-of-a-kind traditional Czech restaurant. On the last day visited the group the largest castle area in Europe – the Prague Castle – and our professional guide showed them all local famous and mysterious places and hidden treasures. Evening was the time for farewell gala dinner which took place in unparalleled restaurant with a unique decoration. Not only that the guests enjoyed delicious dinner but also a folklore performance with typical Czech and Moravian dances and songs. The entertaining program included also the show of one of the most famous Czech puppet theaters. The whole evening was ended with private fire work which lit up the sky over Prague

Our first cooperation with this Indian agency was for the India´s leading and Asia´s third largest paint company. The specialty on this event was the fact that the big group of approximately 700 people was split into two smaller groups which came one after another and the whole program was repeated twice, therefore we had to built and dismantle everything twice and reuse some tailor made elements. Our experienced team helped with technical production of the welcome dinner and gala evening, we provided all the AV equipment at 4 different locations and decorations including UV sensitive items. Our beautiful hostesses handed over the awards for client´s best dealers and we also delivered outdoor entertainment for the funny day. All this twice within nine days.

We organized an annual conference for our direct corporate client at the end of September 2017. It was an event for their European business partners, around 130 pax. We helped to find the proper accommodation with requisite conference background. We took care of the transportation of all the delegates from/to the airport and we picked up the unusual and unforgettable venues for the gala dinner and the farewell party, that we both organized from scratch including catering, furniture, AV equipment and entertainment.

We organized a rich incentive program for an insurance company based in Hong Kong. Its best representatives came to the Czech Republic to enjoy local beautiful architecture, unrepeatable atmosphere, hospitality, excellent cuisine and unbeatable beer. From the pick up at the airport till the assisted departure we handled all the ground services, therefore the delegates could just relax and enjoy local treasures. Our experienced guides showed them the most beautiful parts of Prague as well as other gems of the Czech Republic. Best restaurants hosted delicious lunches and dinners. Our technical team took care of the great sound, as well as the ambience lights at different venues and our catering partners delivered the best dishes and service you can imagine. The whole experience was supported by several performing artists, hostesses in historical costumes and the whole range of branded items. All these elements helped to create an unforgettable experience for all the guests.

Young group of professionals working in sales were rewarded with a trip to Prague and we did our best to build a plan including crazy activities and some sightseeing mixed with delicious food in fine dining restaurants. 3 day trip started with a lunch in one of the top Czech restaurants while having breathtaking view of the historical center of Prague. The e-scooter tour that was on schedule afterwards, led the participants through the most famous sites of the Czech capital and this crazy activity produced many memorable pictures along the way. Next day´s activity was executed on the river Vltava, when guests put on wetsuits and jumped on the paddle boards trying to paddle towards Vysehrad Castle or even Dancing House. Probably the best reward was an unforgettable dining experience also on the Vltava River and clubbing in one of the classiest clubs in Prague where our clients were dancing until early morning hours.

“We need to prepare an unforgettable trip to Prague with great food and 2-days full of interesting activities.” These were our instructions for the November event in Prague. The first day started with a sightseeing tour, during which the guests saw the most prominent sites of the Czech Capital with a twist. The group focused on following steps of Franz Kafka. We showed them the museum, his school, houses he lived in and many other interesting details that link Kafka to Prague.

Dinner in a traditional Czech restaurant is still remembered for full tables of various Czech dishes and delicious Czech beer. The thematic night ended with a cheerful folklore performance. On the final day, the series of game finals which was supplied with AV equipment from us and was followed by the gala dinner and party with the DJ and cover band. Guests enjoyed the party and danced to the popular songs till the end.
