ANNUAL YEAR END EVENT

Annual Year End Event is an occasion when the Prague office of a global energy leader gathers. Every year there is a special theme party for all 1 400 employees where everyone finds something for her or himself while enjoying evening together with colleagues. Tailor-made evening theme contributed to the event run from the very small details starting with poster design, outside & inside venue decorations, hostess theme costumes and tailor made wristbands. Unique evening theme of “One Night around the Globe” supported the multinational company community theme and underlined each regions’ specifics. Tailor made production services for this event included stage design supported by high-end technology, light design and video projection. The entire venue (a large neorenaissance palace) was full of theme stations with variety of activities offering something for everybody. Karaoke party and tailor-made photo studios were one of the most popular event stations right after the main program on the stage.
