For nearly a year, we have been preparing a conference in the field of sociology of sport in cooperation with the professional organizing committee. We were responsible for the abstract management system and we also operated a complete registration website. On the website we were offering a range of accommodation in hotels of different categories, transport services, excursions around Prague, as well as an interesting afternoon program – a visit to the most beautiful library in the world. To make this excursion even more fascinating, we organized unique historical trams to transport all delegates while enjoying a picturesque views of Prague. The day peaked with an excellent Czech dinner in a stylish restaurant accompanied by a traditional harmonica music.
