Our first cooperation with this Indian agency was for the India´s leading and Asia´s third largest paint company. The specialty on this event was the fact that the big group of approximately 700 people was split into two smaller groups which came one after another and the whole program was repeated twice, therefore we had to built and dismantle everything twice and reuse some tailor made elements. Our experienced team helped with technical production of the welcome dinner and gala evening, we provided all the AV equipment at 4 different locations and decorations including UV sensitive items. Our beautiful hostesses handed over the awards for client´s best dealers and we also delivered outdoor entertainment for the funny day. All this twice within nine days.
