Our return client, Italian event management company, asked us to deliver local services for their long term client, an IT company that wanted to organize their annual conference in Prague. We helped them to find the suitable hotel and original conference venue in walking distance from the hotel. Whole cinema just round the corner from the hotel was rented for this purpose and we turned it into a conference hall with clients branding in the hallways. Two dinners in local premium restaurants were part of the program as well as two lunches. One in traditional Czech beer restaurant in the heart of Prague Old Town. The second in one of the most beautiful restaurant in Prague. The delegates enjoyed traditional Czech cuisine and famous Czech beer as well international delicacies.
