A return corporate client requested very special program for the top management annual meeting. The task was very clear and uncompromised. Plan and execute one of a kind events with a VIP treatment for a group of directors, board members and managers of the biggest Russian telecommunication company. We contracted luxury hotel and booked all suites including presidential apartment for this occasion. The full service was provided from the very beginning. Luxury cars were waiting at the airport, guest went through VIP lounge so they didn´t have to wait for the security check with other passengers.

Our limos took the delegates straight to their first meeting organized at the ancient monastery library and refectory. First day was crowned with the welcome cocktail party at the hotel with a live band and DJ. Second day started with a board meeting, which took a place on board of a train, that took the participants to the small town, where the client´s factory was located. Typical Czech breakfast was served on board of the train. After the factory visit moved the whole group to nearby congress center where rest of the delegates joined them and all together continued in a meeting, which was followed by a casual dinner back in Prague.

The most important meeting took place on the last day at the historical palace at the Prague Castle with a magnificent view on Prague. All board members received at the end a tailor-made gift, a combination of a Czech glass tradition and a modern technology produced by the client in local factory.
