We were contacted by FaceUP Company. They were looking for a teambuilding activity for their client I.D.C Praha. We secured the whole arrangement – location, teambuilding and catering as well as the helping staff. The teambuilding took place on Strelecky Island in Prague. We used the Restaurant Strelecky Ostrov. They provided us with space and catering.

The activity Puppet Masters that client choose focused on childhood memory lane with traditional Czech puppets Manicka and Hurvinek. We created 2 teams of 12 people each. Both teams made their own huge 3 meters tall puppet including their clothing and shoes.

The activity boosted team communication, cooperation skills and distribution of roles within the team. The designs of puppets came out beautifully! The final part of the activity was to make the puppet walk and move around the room which the participants managed with quite grace and professionalism of a puppet walker (master).
